For businesses
Your company needs a qualifier. We find one and make it official.
Tell us the state and license category you need. We match you with a listed qualifier, or source one, then our lawyers document the arrangement and we file the application that gets your company licensed.
Who we help
Four situations that bring companies to us
A strong operator without a license
You run crews, win work and keep clients happy, but the license belongs to someone else or to nobody. A qualifier lets your company contract in its own name while you work toward your own license.
Your qualifier is retiring or leaving
When the qualifier goes, the company's license goes with them after a short grace period. We find the replacement and handle the change-of-status filing.
Expanding into a new state
Licensed in one state, bidding in another. We find a qualifier with the right license in the new state and set up the arrangement lawfully.
Adding a category
A general contractor adding roofing, a builder adding pool work, an alarm company adding electrical. A second qualifier in the new category opens the door.

What you get
Qualifying Agreement Package
Once a qualifier and a company agree to work together, our lawyers prepare the qualifying agent agreement: compensation, duties, supervision, insurance, indemnity, term and exit. We walk both parties through it, revise it until both are comfortable, and prepare the application to the licensing board that makes the company licensed through its qualifier.
- Qualifying agent agreement drafted and reviewed by a lawyer on staff
- Supervision and financial-control provisions that satisfy the state's qualifier rules
- Separate review call with each party so nobody signs blind
- Board application to qualify the business, prepared and submitted
- Document checklist and secure upload for both parties

Before you request
How much does it cost to find a qualifier?
Creating an account, posting what you need and sending inquiries is free. When you and a qualifier agree to work together, the Qualifying Agreement Package covers the attorney-prepared agreement and the board application. Your compensation to the qualifier is separate and negotiated between you.
How fast can we be licensed?
Finding and agreeing with a qualifier usually takes one to three weeks. Once the agreement is signed and your documents are in, we file within days. Board processing is the long pole: in Florida a complete application typically takes four to eight weeks.
What will the qualifier expect from us?
A real role: access to job sites, contracts, bank records and insurance, authority over the work the license covers, and compensation that reflects the responsibility. Companies that want a name only are not a fit for Licenseology.
Can you help if our qualifier is leaving?
Yes, and quickly. Most states give a company a short window to replace a departing qualifier before it must stop contracting. Tell us the date and we prioritize the match.
